From Monalisha: I have always craved the idea of painting a beautiful impression. A piece of art adds an anchor to the chaotic sea, that the world is and puts me in a serene place.

 

As we grow up, we are hurled into the traffic of life, where we tread avenues with an exhilarated breath. Whilst we navigate a plethora of choices, we often land at a destination which while befitting, to our role in the society, is so far away from where our soul would rather be.
 

Like a million others in a developing society, I found myself spread thin on the pages of everyday life. An engineering path loomed large when tiny fragments from the magical world found a trickling path into my soul and I made truce with the rest to harbour fulfilment in ornamentation.

Thus began the very journey.
